Connect every sample to a product code
Keep sample label, product identity, lot, preparation record and application result together. Descriptive terms such as high molecular weight are not sufficient shipment identifiers.
Define method-aware product controls and agreed COA fields before commercial release.
Protect powder through delivery
Confirm sealed moisture-resistant packaging, pallet or outer protection, storage conditions and destination handling. Review SDS and slip or dust controls with the receiving team.
State bag size, quantity, destination, documents and delivery schedule in the enquiry.
Retain application traceability
Store an approved sample and the exact test method so later lots can be compared on both identity and process response.
Use the supplier specification and cost checklist before comparing quotations.
