Include solids source and concentration, pH, conductivity or hardness where relevant, temperature, variability and upstream chemicals.
Attach a water analysis or current treatment record when available.
Name the equipment endpoint
State clarifier, DAF, thickener, centrifuge, belt press or other separator together with flow, current dose and the measurement that will decide acceptance.
Include sample quantity, packaging, destination and expected commercial consumption.
