Define the purchasing duty
Food-processing DAF qualification needs a flotation-relevant test and the actual feed history. A product selected from settling behavior alone has not demonstrated useful bubble attachment, float removal or stable clarified effluent.
Keep the proposed commercial product connected to the feed, preparation route and separator that will decide acceptance.
Define the feed and upstream treatment
Record production source, fats or surfactant context, pH, coagulants, solids, cleaning cycles and equalization. Distinguish chemical addition to the DAF from conditioning the recovered float sludge for later dewatering. These are separate purchasing duties.
Keep the intended point visible in the clarification and flotation record.
Use a representative air-contact route
Record recycle flow, pressure, air release, polymer injection and contact time. Use a suitable flotation simulation or controlled plant comparison. The separator comparison explains why a settling-jar winner cannot simply be declared the flotation winner.
Hold coagulant and recycle conditions stable initially so the candidate polymer effect remains interpretable.
Measure removal and operability together
Retain effluent solids, float formation, skimmability, recovered-sludge concentration and throughput. Include downstream handling where a sticky or excessively dilute float changes disposal or dewatering cost. A large floating mass is not the only acceptance endpoint.
Do not imply food-contact authorization, recovered-product suitability or dissolved-COD compliance from this wastewater-separation trial.
Check an apparently favorable result
If effluent improves only after recycle pressure changes, preserve the hydraulic change and repeat the product comparison. A favorable combined setting may be usable, but it does not establish that the same gain belongs entirely to the proposed flocculant.
Record unresolved conditions separately from completed qualification. A proposed benefit is not a measured plant result.
Keep an acceptance record
Attach candidate code, sample lot, preparation, feed condition and measurement method to the purchase decision. Preserve failed points as well as the preferred condition so later supply can be reviewed against the actual evidence.
| Requirement | Evidence | Approval boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Feed | Production and chemical history | Duty is representative |
| Contact | Air and injection record | Trial reflects the DAF |
| Output | Effluent and removable float | Award includes operational acceptance |
Request the right sample and quotation
Provide feed variation, current coagulation, recycle conditions, polymer point and measured float/effluent results. State whether the requested qualification is DAF dosing or a separate recovered-sludge duty.
Include quantity, destination and document needs in the sample and RFQ record. Review quality and supply controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.; confirm the offered grade and commercial terms before ordering.
Request a product and supply review
Send the feed, separator and intended purchase scope.
