Define the purchasing duty
The first commercial delivery should close the traceability gap between an approved sample and routine dosing. Receiving needs product identity and condition evidence as well as a defined response to a questioned application result.
Keep the proposed commercial product connected to the feed, preparation route and separator that will decide acceptance.
Verify the identity chain
Match sample reference, supplier code, order line, lot marks and agreed documents. Resolve aliases before accepting a substitution. The supplier qualification record identifies which fields are factory controls and which remain customer application evidence.
A familiar family description on a bag is not sufficient proof that the tested commercial product arrived.
Inspect condition before use
Check seals, package count, labeling, moisture exposure and damaged units. Segregate questioned material under the receiving procedure. Review the current SDS and safe transfer method, including powder dust and the slip hazard from hydrated spills.
Keep package evidence and delivery references with the lot rather than blending damaged stock into accepted material.
Run a matched confirmation
Prepare retained approved and incoming material using the same water and age, then compare on one representative feed. Repeat meaningful differences and inspect preparation if both materials depart from history. The make-down checks prevent a cold or short-residence batch from being misdiagnosed as a product defect.
Keep document discrepancies and application differences distinct while the supplier review proceeds.
Check an apparently favorable result
If the arriving code is unexplained, hold identity release even if a quick jar appears acceptable. One successful receiving test does not resolve an undocumented substitution or establish that every contracted requirement has been met.
Record unresolved conditions separately from completed qualification. A proposed benefit is not a measured plant result.
Keep an acceptance record
Attach candidate code, sample lot, preparation, feed condition and measurement method to the purchase decision. Preserve failed points as well as the preferred condition so later supply can be reviewed against the actual evidence.
| Requirement | Evidence | Approval boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Order, sample, code and lot | Material is traceable |
| Condition | Package and document inspection | Receiving concerns are assessed |
| Performance | Paired retained and new test | Release follows reproducible evidence |
Request the right sample and quotation
Provide approved and received references, package observations, COA and matched preparation/results. State whether the issue concerns identity, condition or separation performance before requesting supplier action.
Include quantity, destination and document needs in the sample and RFQ record. Review quality and supply controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.; confirm the offered grade and commercial terms before ordering.
Request a product and supply review
Send the feed, separator and intended purchase scope.
