Define the purchasing duty
An export quotation should connect the qualified grade to the offered package and document set. Commercial preparation reduces avoidable receiving problems without assuming that all destinations require the same certificates or shipping arrangement.
Keep the proposed commercial product connected to the feed, preparation route and separator that will decide acceptance.
Identify the ordered material
Keep grade, form, sample reference, quantity and lot-traceability expectations explicit. Request the TDS, SDS and agreed COA for the actual commercial product. Confirm document revision and language requirements before shipment rather than assuming a generic family sheet is sufficient.
Use the supplier checklist to keep technical identity separate from unverified regulatory claims.
Match package to the destination
Describe unloading, lifting equipment, storage, feeder access and expected consumption. Ask the supplier to confirm pack mass, closure, moisture protection, palletization and marks. A large pack can reduce handling events but may be unusable without the right unloading and feeding arrangement.
Include protection after opening and lot segregation, not only the container loading plan.
Define the delivery and document scope
State requested trade term, destination, schedule and commercial quantities. Confirm with the responsible logistics or compliance party which invoice, packing, origin or other documents are required. The supply controls connect that scope to the qualified sample.
Do not claim a universal customs classification, transport exemption or destination acceptance from the polymer name alone.
Check an apparently favorable result
If a quotation omits destination charges or required package handling, keep the gap visible before comparing totals. A low freight figure is not a complete delivered-cost advantage when the shipment cannot be received or fed by the installation.
Record unresolved conditions separately from completed qualification. A proposed benefit is not a measured plant result.
Keep an acceptance record
Attach candidate code, sample lot, preparation, feed condition and measurement method to the purchase decision. Preserve failed points as well as the preferred condition so later supply can be reviewed against the actual evidence.
| Requirement | Evidence | Approval boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Material | Code and agreed technical documents | Offer follows the approved grade |
| Handling | Package and unloading route | Delivery unit fits the site |
| Scope | Named delivery and document responsibilities | Commercial comparison is complete |
Request the right sample and quotation
Send quantity, destination, requested delivery term, unloading and storage details and required documents. Separate confirmed destination requirements from items still awaiting logistics or compliance review.
Include quantity, destination and document needs in the sample and RFQ record. Review quality and supply controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.; confirm the offered grade and commercial terms before ordering.
Request a product and supply review
Send the feed, separator and intended purchase scope.
