Define the purchasing duty
A switch between charge families needs preparation and changeover controls as well as a promising trial. Residual concentrated products can interact, and a mixed delivery route can obscure whether the new grade actually meets the duty.
Keep the proposed commercial product connected to the feed, preparation route and separator that will decide acceptance.
Record shared equipment
Map storage, induction, tanks, low points, pumps, calibration columns, dilution and dosing lines. Identify where incumbent material remains. Review product and equipment guidance before proposing cleaning, flushing or segregation; there is no universal rinse recipe for every installation.
The powder preparation record covers contamination and changeover concerns.
Qualify candidates separately
Prepare and label stocks without unplanned blending, using identified tools and the relevant maturation route. Compare the accepted feed and dose basis before combining any operational change. The family screen selects candidates, not an authorization to mix concentrated ionic products.
Preserve sample and grade codes so a delivery contamination problem is not mistaken for a charge-selection conclusion.
Plan the production transition
Define responsible operators, verified cleaning or separate delivery, startup confirmation, stop conditions and a fallback. Record actual pump output and sampling after residence. Include any downtime, discarded stock and equipment modification in the commercial evaluation.
A lower candidate dose is not a complete saving if its transition requirements are excluded from the purchase comparison.
Check an apparently favorable result
If gels or unstable delivery appear immediately after changeover, preserve the timing and investigate residual materials before condemning the new lot. A contaminated shared route cannot establish a fair comparison of the two independently prepared products.
Record unresolved conditions separately from completed qualification. A proposed benefit is not a measured plant result.
Keep an acceptance record
Attach candidate code, sample lot, preparation, feed condition and measurement method to the purchase decision. Preserve failed points as well as the preferred condition so later supply can be reviewed against the actual evidence.
| Requirement | Evidence | Approval boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Route | Shared-equipment inventory | Residual material is considered |
| Separation | Identified independent stocks | Candidate test remains meaningful |
| Transition | Verified release and fallback plan | Purchase includes operational change cost |
Request the right sample and quotation
Send incumbent and proposed families, product forms, shared tank/line layout and constraints on flushing or downtime. Identify who can approve the documented changeover procedure.
Include quantity, destination and document needs in the sample and RFQ record. Review quality and supply controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.; confirm the offered grade and commercial terms before ordering.
Request a product and supply review
Send the feed, separator and intended purchase scope.
