Define the purchasing duty
A clarification improvement should reduce the relevant downstream load, not merely make a jar look clearer. Purchasing for filter protection needs a defined receiving filter and evidence that the proposed conditioning remains compatible with it.
Keep the proposed commercial product connected to the feed, preparation route and separator that will decide acceptance.
Identify the protected equipment
Describe media, cartridge, membrane or other filtration and the upstream separator. Keep their acceptance requirements distinct. A polymer suitable before one filter is not automatically suitable before every membrane or media system; consult the relevant equipment requirements.
The separator guide establishes the solids-removal stage before filtration.
Measure residual material consistently
Record suspended solids, turbidity where meaningful and relevant fine-particle behavior at fixed sampling points. Compare normal and difficult feed after appropriate residence. Attractive visible floc can leave a fine fraction that still controls filter loading.
Use the dose-response method to keep a high starting dose from masking carryover or poor control.
Confirm downstream acceptance
Retain filter run behavior, pressure development, cleaning or other agreed operational evidence. Do not claim membrane compatibility, residual-polymer absence or guaranteed longer filter life from clarity alone. Check the complete chemical train and the actual equipment guidance.
Separate a measured short-term loading reduction from a projected service-life or maintenance saving.
Check an apparently favorable result
If settled-water turbidity improves but filter pressure rises faster, keep both observations. Qualification has not demonstrated filter protection until the discrepancy is understood under matched feed and operating conditions.
Record unresolved conditions separately from completed qualification. A proposed benefit is not a measured plant result.
Keep an acceptance record
Attach candidate code, sample lot, preparation, feed condition and measurement method to the purchase decision. Preserve failed points as well as the preferred condition so later supply can be reviewed against the actual evidence.
| Requirement | Evidence | Approval boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment | Named filter and upstream route | Compatibility question is explicit |
| Load | Consistent residual-solids data | Clarity does not hide fine carryover |
| Acceptance | Actual filter operating evidence | Benefit is demonstrated downstream |
Request the right sample and quotation
Send the filter type, relevant equipment restrictions, upstream treatment, feed/output results and current loading or cleaning pattern. Mark any compatibility requirement still awaiting confirmation.
Include quantity, destination and document needs in the sample and RFQ record. Review quality and supply controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.; confirm the offered grade and commercial terms before ordering.
Request a product and supply review
Send the feed, separator and intended purchase scope.
