Polyelectrolyte Flocculant for Textile Clarifiers: Purchase Criteria

Qualify polyelectrolyte flocculant for textile effluent clarification through batch chemistry, upstream coagulation, residual solids and sludge handling.

01

Define the purchasing duty

Textile clarification may combine variable salts, dyes, surfactants and formed treatment solids. Purchasing should define the coagulated suspension rather than assume that any visually reduced color proves dissolved-pollutant removal.

Keep the proposed commercial product connected to the feed, preparation route and separator that will decide acceptance.

02

Preserve batch and chemical context

Record production and cleaning changes, pH, conductivity, coagulants and the sampling stage. Use normal and difficult representative feed. A settled holding-tank sample may omit the fine material that creates the production problem.

The family selection method keeps an uncertain surface condition from being reduced to a permanent charge label.

03

Keep coagulation and polymer effects separable

Hold primary treatment fixed for the initial candidate comparison, including pH after addition and mixing. If a combined optimization is authorized, map the upstream chemical as its own factor. Do not compare differently coagulated jars and assign the outcome entirely to the flocculant.

Record the intended contact route using the controlled test sequence.

04

Award against solids and handling

Measure residual suspended solids or relevant turbidity, settling, sludge withdrawal and downstream filtration or dewatering. Color can affect optical readings; use an appropriate consistent method.

Discharge, dissolved color or other chemical acceptance requires its own verification. The polymer trial establishes only the demonstrated contribution to the defined process.

05

Check an apparently favorable result

If one batch produces clear water while another fails, do not average them into a blanket ETP approval. Identify whether upstream control, a different profile or a bounded operating instruction is needed before pricing routine supply.

Record unresolved conditions separately from completed qualification. A proposed benefit is not a measured plant result.

06

Keep an acceptance record

Attach candidate code, sample lot, preparation, feed condition and measurement method to the purchase decision. Preserve failed points as well as the preferred condition so later supply can be reviewed against the actual evidence.

07

Request the right sample and quotation

Send batch variation, upstream chemicals, pH/conductivity, targeted clarifier and measured limits. Separate solids acceptance from unresolved color, dissolved or regulatory requirements.

Include quantity, destination and document needs in the sample and RFQ record. Review quality and supply controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.; confirm the offered grade and commercial terms before ordering.

Request a product and supply review

Send the feed, separator and intended purchase scope.
