Define the purchasing duty
A mobile washing installation can change feed and water conditions when it changes material or operating location. Procurement should qualify the actual circuit and portable preparation constraints, not create a universal product claim for every mobile plant.
Keep the proposed commercial product connected to the feed, preparation route and separator that will decide acceptance.
Identify the treated material and loop
Record aggregate, recovered material or sediment source, fines, wash flow and recycle arrangement. Preserve difficult representative material. This is a process variation question, not a location-specific chemical specification.
Use the mineral and wash-water record to identify the solids and return-water targets.
Check portable preparation capacity
Describe available water, power, tank working volume, feeder, pump and peak draw. A successful laboratory powder may need more hydration residence than a compact skid provides. Keep package handling and dry storage requirements visible.
The make-down procedure helps distinguish product response from preparation shortfall.
Accept the complete water circuit
Measure recycle fines, settling, sludge volume and withdrawal or filtration at the intended production rate. Confirm injection and the pumps passed after conditioning. A small settling tank cannot be assumed to gain unlimited capacity from larger floc.
Tie qualified consumption to the tested material and throughput, with a confirmation trigger when the operating campaign changes.
Check an apparently favorable result
If a different feed needs substantially more powder, first check material, water and preparation at the new demand. A fixed dose copied from the previous campaign is not evidence of product failure or a reliable new purchase forecast.
Record unresolved conditions separately from completed qualification. A proposed benefit is not a measured plant result.
Keep an acceptance record
Attach candidate code, sample lot, preparation, feed condition and measurement method to the purchase decision. Preserve failed points as well as the preferred condition so later supply can be reviewed against the actual evidence.
| Requirement | Evidence | Approval boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Material | Feed and recycle history | Qualification follows the actual circuit |
| Skid | Peak preparation and storage fit | Product can be used on site |
| Output | Water and sludge at intended load | Purchase does not hide a capacity limit |
Request the right sample and quotation
Send feed changes, circuit sketch, compact skid capacity, water conditions, production rate and sludge route. Identify the range intended for the first supply order.
Include quantity, destination and document needs in the sample and RFQ record. Review quality and supply controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.; confirm the offered grade and commercial terms before ordering.
Request a product and supply review
Send the feed, separator and intended purchase scope.
